p7pp Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before creating a p7pp account or placing any bets. By using the p7pp platform you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
21+ Only
p7pp is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Minors must not register or play.
One Account
Each player may hold only one p7pp account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds suspended.
Local Payments

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the p7pp website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
p7pp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
2. Eligibility
The p7pp Platform is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. p7pp performs verification checks and may request supporting documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts that are found to be ineligible will be suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the p7pp Platform. By creating an account you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. p7pp will close accounts and void all bets if it is determined that an account holder is under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited. p7pp encourages parents and guardians to use device parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
Jurisdictional Eligibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the p7pp Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. p7pp does not make any representation that the Platform is lawful or available in all locations. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your location, you must not use the Platform.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may register and maintain only one p7pp account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details, same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. p7pp uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To access the full features of the p7pp Platform you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to promptly update your registration details if any information changes. p7pp is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
p7pp implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its internal compliance framework. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed. KYC documents submitted are handled in accordance with p7pp's Privacy Policy.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p7pp login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. p7pp will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact p7pp support immediately. p7pp is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Account Closure
You may request the closure of your p7pp account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance that passes verification will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions. p7pp reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct contrary to these Terms, with or without prior notice.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
p7pp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All deposits must be funded from a payment source in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. p7pp applies standard processing times which may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable KYC verification requirements. p7pp reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on p7pp is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your p7pp wallet. There is no maximum deposit limit set by p7pp by default, but p7pp reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits based on risk management or responsible gaming considerations.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard business hours. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically among the fastest. All withdrawals require that the account KYC status is verified. If KYC verification is incomplete, your withdrawal request may be held until verification is completed.
Currency
All transactions on the p7pp Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in BDT. p7pp does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
p7pp may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
p7pp reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and potential account closure.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. p7pp counts different game types at different contribution rates toward wagering requirements — for example, slots may count at 100% while live casino table games count at a lower rate. Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and free spins issued by p7pp carry an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. p7pp is not obliged to provide advance notice before a bonus expires.
Bonus Abuse
p7pp actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, matched betting using p7pp promotions, low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear rollover with minimal exposure, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, p7pp may void the bonus and any associated winnings, apply a deduction equal to the bonus value from the account balance, or permanently close the account.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the p7pp Platform are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport in question. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. p7pp reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or where the odds or game result was clearly incorrect due to a technical error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
For sports betting markets, p7pp uses official match data and statistics from recognised sports governing bodies for settlement purposes. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of p7pp's trading team is final. Cricket markets on p7pp cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, and other major international fixtures. Results are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant competition's governing body, including the ICC, BCB, and BCCI where applicable.
7. Responsible Gaming
p7pp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available through your account settings and can be activated at any time. p7pp encourages all players to use these features proactively and to seek help if gambling begins to feel like a problem.
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their p7pp account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases. This ensures that limits cannot be raised impulsively in the heat of a gaming session.
Self-Exclusion
Any player who feels that their gambling has become or is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion from the p7pp Platform. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, p7pp will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded account from accessing gaming services. To request self-exclusion, contact p7pp support directly.
Reality Checks
p7pp provides optional session time reminders that alert you to the duration of your current gaming session. These reminders can be configured through account settings to appear at intervals of your choosing. p7pp recommends taking regular breaks and monitoring total time and funds spent on the Platform.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p7pp Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure: (a) providing false or misleading registration information; (b) using the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems; (d) using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform; (e) engaging in money laundering or any activity that p7pp reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering; (f) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (g) opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
p7pp cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity on the Platform. Where p7pp freezes an account pending an investigation, it is not liable to the account holder for any losses incurred as a result of the account freeze.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the p7pp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of p7pp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of p7pp. The p7pp name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of p7pp. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of p7pp.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p7pp, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if p7pp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall p7pp's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p7pp account in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
p7pp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. p7pp uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. p7pp does not sell personal data to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting p7pp support.
12. Amendments to These Terms
p7pp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p7pp will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be made without notice.
The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the p7pp Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
